What to Expect
I will guide you through a fun and personalized design process for your room:
Style & Needs Discovery: First, we learn about you – What do you envision for the space? What functions must it serve? What are your color and style preferences? We can also incorporate any beloved furniture or décor pieces you wish to keep.
Design Concept Creation: Next, I’ll develop a custom design concept board for your room, including color schemes, furniture ideas, lighting, and accessories. We’ll ensure the concept aligns with your taste and daily life.
Space Plan & Layout: Even a single room needs a smart layout. We plan the furniture arrangement for optimal comfort and flow, so the room feels spacious and efficient.
Selections & Sourcing: I’ll hand-pick furniture, fabrics, paint colors, lighting fixtures, and décor that bring the concept to life. You’ll receive a curated list of pieces (with options at different price points) that fit your budget and style.
Design Plan Handover or Implementation: Depending on your preference, I can provide you with a complete design plan to implement at your own pace or manage the ordering and installation for you. We’re as flexible as you need – we can do the heavy lifting, or equip you with the plan to do it yourself.
Throughout the Room Design process, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to give feedback and ensure you absolutely love the vision we create together. We’ll make this a collaborative and enjoyable experience, so you end up with a room that not only looks fabulous but also feels just right for you.
