About The Designer
Christine Ortiz
Founder & Principal Interior Designer
Christine didn’t begin her career in interior design, but in many ways she was always meant to find it.
With a background in construction and project management, educated in pattern making from SUNY FIT, and a degree from the New York School of Interior Design, Christine brings a rare blend of technical knowledge and creative vision to every space she touches. What began as a second career quickly became a calling she loves and a way to transform not just homes, but how people live within them.
As the founder of Oh! Designs Interiors, Christine approaches each project with both imagination and intention. She sees the full picture, from architectural possibilities to the smallest finishing details, and guides her clients through the entire journey with clarity and care. Her process is thoughtful, collaborative, and deeply personal, rooted in truly understanding how her clients want to feel in their homes.
Known for her nuanced use of color, layered materials, and timeless sensibility, Christine creates interiors that feel vibrant yet grounded, spaces that evolve beautifully over time. Her designs are not only visually striking, but highly functional, reflecting the real rhythms of everyday life.
At the heart of her work is a simple belief: your home should support you, inspire you, and feel unmistakably yours. Christine’s greatest joy is helping clients bring that vision to life and creating spaces where they can fully thrive.
