New York School of Interior Design, where she excelled in her studies.
Awarded the Bronze Medal Award for Merit in Design
Blessed with a beautiful blended brood of grown children who visit often, Christine lives in Cold Spring, New York with her partner, also named Chris, where they have many adventures together cycling, canoeing, and having romantic dinners in the Village or by the fire.

Christine Ortiz, is an award-winning interior designer with a strong background in construction and project management. A graduate of the prestigious New York School of Interior Design, Christine's journey into the world of design came as her second career, fueled by an unyielding passion for transforming spaces into extraordinary living experiences. Founding her own design firm, Oh! Designs Interiors, she set out on a mission to help clients achieve their dream interiors. With an innate ability to conceptualize and execute stunning design solutions, Christine's expertise extends far beyond aesthetics, as she adeptly guides the entire project from inception to fruition. Christine believes that outstanding design must originate from the individual characteristics of each project. Influenced by the clients’ life and individual way of living, as well as their specific desires, she designs original interiors, which reflect who each client is and what is genuine for them.
With her wonderful eye for color and value variations, Christine creates interiors that are dynamic and lively. Her selections for fabrics, furnishings, and materials are nuanced and layered. Her design aesthetic reflects her ability to convey a timelessness to all her projects.
“I enjoy the collaboration with clients, and the challenge it brings to interpret their wishes into a great new space! Beside the design of the interiors and space planning, one of my favorite aspects of design, is to oversee the implementation of the plan.
