We provide a very detailed Letter of Agreement to client's before beginning any project. This way the specifics of the scope of work, time-frames and deadlines, compensation, and other details are all clear from the start.

FULL-SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN PROCESS

Our full-service interior design program is ideal for the client that wishes for their home to be one that perfectly reflects who they are and their lifestyle. Those clients are seeking to surround themselves with beautiful furnishings and finishes that nurture the soul and please the eye. We bring it all to life with our creativity and professionalism.

We provide services for smaller budgets as well, and work with you on services that apply to your project. We can provide the design concepts, space planning, and color schemes for you. With a design plan in place you can then work with your contractors and place orders for items yourself.

PHASE I: CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT - GETTING TO KNOW YOU

Creating a space that reflects who you are and how you wish to live is our goal. In the very important Phase I, we get to know your goals and dreams for your home, your lifestyle, and your aesthetic style. At the end of this phase we provide you with a proposal that includes the initial design concepts for the project, a furniture plan, estimated project budget, and an outline of scope of work. We work together to ensure the design concepts are those you are excited about and wish to move forward with. It is then that we can continue to Phase II.

PHASE II: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT - CREATIVITY AND PLANNING

We take all we learned from you during Phase I and begin to bring our creative ideas to a concrete plan. In this phase we consider the specific needs for your unique lifestyle and consider any architectural and lighting elements. Depending on the scope of work, such as for new construction or renovation, we select fixtures, flooring, and architectural millwork. In this phase we select the furnishings, lighting, window treatments, and finishes.

We prepare our presentation which include sample materials, elevations, and necessary renderings. We work with you to create the perfect design plan for you. At the end of this phase you will have a very good idea of the new design for your home will be and have a more specific budget. With most of the major decisions made, we can move on the Phase III.

PHASE III: PROJECT PURCHASE MANAGEMENT - EXECUTING THE DESIGN

Now that we have the design plan we can begin to execute it during this phase. We are able to handle all the details involved in having a design project come to life.

So many details go into this phase of the design process. Our aim is to guide you through this phase with ease by taking on all the tasks, so you don't have to. We handle all the selection, specification, ordering, and delivery matters of the furnishings, lighting, window treatments, and all finish materials for your project. We develop a timeline for the project. For each item that is specified, we prepare proposals for you to review and approve. We collect deposits and place and manage the orders. As necessary, we meet with any third-parties so that all involved in your project understands our creative vision.

PHASE IV: RENOVATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT - CONSTRUCTION OVERSIGHT

Should your project involve renovations, we collaborate with trusted architects and contractors. Whether the scope of the project involves small or large-scale renovations, we ensure that the project is executed timely and according to the design plan we have created.

PHASE V: INSTALLATION AND PROJECT COMPLETION - THE BEAUTIFUL OUTCOME

Delivery and installation of all the items for the project happens during this final phase. We present a project binder to you that contains all the details and maintenance recommendations for every item selected for your project.
